I can't recall my train of thought now either. :)
It was something along the lines of e-scooters batteries dying and users
just dropped them where they stopped. Not even moving them out of the way,
cluttering up sidewalks, etc.
On campus they rental bikes. You have to return it to a proper area to
get your deposit back. We don't have them laying all over the place.
