That's a lot cheaper to fix than rebuilding the trans. It is going to be in the 60s this weekend - so I'll be putting my mechanic hat on. First thing is the power steering pressure hoses. Then oil changes for the Durango and Monte Carlo. I am looking into the TCC Solenoid repair to see how difficult it will be. Trying to find info on the 2001 Durango transmission (4.7L V-8). So far, it appears it would involve a pan drop + value body removal. Trying to find the exact process and how difficult it would be before diving in. Plus, I will need to order the proper part(s). - Mark --- WWIVToss v.1.50* Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (1:261/1304.0) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 620 848 953 @PATH: 261/1304 1 266/512 140/1 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
