I've been listening to a broadcast in Arabic on 11870 kHz tonight between 
0325 and 0420 UTC.  What station is this?  There was a reading from the Koran 
preceded by the standard chant segment.  At 0400 UTC they broke into what 
sounded like news in Arabic with several references to Riyadh.  My WRTH (1997 
edition) does not list this frequency for any station from an Arabic speaking 
country.  I couldn't make out the ID at 0400 UTC.  Their signal in here was a 
545 (SIO).  That's pretty powerful on that frequency for this time of night.
