If anyone has written job descriptions for various Scout and Scouter
positions I would like to obtain a copy of them.  We are trying to
enhance the level of leadership in out troop and feel that is the best
place to start.  Of particular interest is the Patrol advisor position.
We have many new dads and need to get them up to speed on the patrol
method.  We will have them go through the Scout Leaders Fundamentals
training later this year but that isn't offered until later this summer.
We would like to have written job descriptions to suplement the training
videos available at the local council office.  Thanks for your help and
ideas.
