I don't recommend this. It makes a "live" date field which changes
everytime its printed. I only find it useful for things like "printed on
date/time". For date in a letter or fax heading, its not very useful, if you
will need to reference the document again. We store all outgoing project
correspondence electronically as well as in printed format. The electronic
documentation is useful for searching and we depend on the date being right.
