Following up a message from Michael Grant to DOUG POWLESS About Fido: MG> Well, a good place to start is http://archives.thebbs.org. You'll MG> find a large depository of Fidonet software under the "file MG> archives" link. Or the POINTS echo. The first thing is find a bossnode, get your point address. The next thing setup PPoint all one needs is PPoint, and BinkleyTerm, and a fossil driver, put into place on a hd and let PPoint do the setup, Total time approximately 10 minutes. And you are up and running. MG> have an archive of a GoldEd/Squish/Sqafix/Irex combination package MG> kicking around somewhere on my hard disks. I can do up and archive of my point setup, Bink/Squish/Timed, less my registration stuff. My Bink/Squish/Timed and Terminate setup is all done with a .cmd file off of my main tosser GateKpr. I suppose I could just chuck the point stuff and use GoldEd or JadeptWebEdit. Hope this helps. Keep us posted. We are a fine board trying to make it better. http://www.pris.bc.ca/ghannah ghannah{at}pris.bc.ca Cheers!
