I've always like 'responsibility', since that can be delegated
with impunity. People who can't accept blame with all honesty
don't usually benefit from pin the tail on the donkey anyway, and
will consider anyone who dares to do it an ogre.
Hmm... A donkey paired with an ogre... sounds like a movie idea!
