no need, install fresh win7 64bit again, make then a windows backup in the
old windows7, restore it on the new, this should work based on the
supported backup restore programs is used

no no, this wont work, since the 32bit emul needs 64bit to work, i have not
tested it, but depending on how stupid microsoft did there wow64 it is not
supported
