    Ivy,  going  public  is  not  a  guarantee of  anything especially 
protection.  It means zip.  Claim to know. Exactly.  With nothing  to 
back themselves up with.  In the case of  Lazar, even  better, no  one 
knows him.  Yet some prefer to  believe his  life was  wiped out,  yet 
records on him were found.  Though those records  did not  indicate he 
was ever a physicist.  He is fraud incarnate.  And he is good at it.
I find the grander the tale, the more people fall  for it.   Right now 
its ACC trans cap.  Lets make a wager?  True or false.  Would you like 
to bet with me that it peters out into nothing.  That it  is a  scheme 
to sell computers and get free  exposure.  But  it sounds  great. Bell 
labs ATT, ah lets take the USAF to court etc etc. Of  course.  Serious 
allegations here, we'll wait.  Lets see  ACC do  what they  claim they 
are going to do, or will they pull a Ray  Santilli and  stall everyone 
with BS.  But I will grant one thing here, if ACC is  not BS,  you may 
very  well  have  what  you  want  and  that  is  confirmation  of "a" 
Roswell....

    Historical,  no,  people  are  self centered.  Everything revolves 
round us.  Our needs.  And dam everything else.......

    In   reality   Ivy  we   all  rule,   the  politicians   are  just 
representatives.  Not Gods.  The masses do  have the  power to  change 
things, but not all minds are alike, nor do some people wish things to 
change. The logistics of  change are  overwhelming.  It  would mean  a 
redistribution of wealth, and right now  that does  not sit  well with 
the wealthy......

    Chess game is one way of looking at it.  We are overtly suspicious 
of each other, we have a long way to go.  But maybe one day.........
