Well, no, not really.   Actually, that one wasn't a YATI at all,
since that was an alternate *possible* future in the Q-altered
timeline.
It does however bring up an interesting question.  How many times
would it require before the inconsistency becomes the consistency
& the former standard then becomes the YATI.  The "O'Brien's rank"
thing is a good example.  He started off as what was presumably a
LT (& was even specifically addressed as that on at least one
occasion). Yet as time wore on it became more & more obvious that
he was *not* a commissioned officer, & his rank & insignia were
continually redefined (currently holding at "Senior Chief
Specialist" ).
One of these days, like it or not, we may be faced with even more
basic RETCON regarding W10.  At the moment it can be written off
due to one factor or another, but eventually if history is any
indicator it may be something we have to look at.  I hope I'm
dead by then.
