  Make sure Irex has been told your now using Binkley style outbounds, (Same 
  Mas FE) and then all should be well.  The outbound.00A is bink's way of 
  Mdoing things.  There should also be a xLO file that points to it.

  You are!  You'll get it man!
 
*.FLO is in the outbound.00a directory, so I'm not sure if it'll be found.  I 
do have binkley set for irex and fe.  The outbound mail is still sitting in 
that directory.
