Take a look at the menu bar. It has some underscored letters. Press the 
Alt-key plus one of those letters -- which is highly language sensitive. The 
appropriate menu should pop up. You can take it from there with the cursor 
keys. And/or the Tab or Shift-Tab in dialogs. Usually the underscored letter 
also works -- sometimes it doesn't though.
Note: this is for WP6.1 under Win3.1 but it _should_ work for any version of 
either ... and many other Windows programs.

Pressing and releasing the Alt-key _should_ take you to the menu bar. 
Repeating it _should_ take back. But see the above note. I can't test it on 
Win95 this week because I won't be at the office. Nor with WP7 as I dont have 
it yet.
