Yes, i have seen the centipedes. I don't hate bugs but they give be the 
shimmers when i see one.
How about the tarantula in the bath-tub number? Have only seen one in my tub 
all the 6 years I've been in Arizona, but have had to remove them from other 
peoples homes too.
