This is NEW? The iea that the gas companies all quite happily conspire to raise
prices together to avoid unplanned price wars?

Another tip: the gas station owners get a forewarning of a coming gas price
hike, and then top up their underground tanks with the cheaper fuel, that they
still will charge the new higher price for!

there is collusion
-- all their refusal to bring it out in the open & officially does is indicate
that they've got lots of good ol' oil money socked away for a rainy day!

(it's not GREASING the palms of our politicians -- it's OILING them!)

Yeah, institute yet another expensive beaurocracy, this time to supposedly
monitor the oil companies' prices, with the APPEARANCE that the
"okay" isn't
actually coming FROM the oil companies themselves!
