someone had something several years ago... for phpBBS IIRC... however, it
leave a lot to be desired... especially due to the quoting differences...

i was following it for a while but decided to leave that dog laying right
where it was... those web based BBS' are not really anything like our
beloved BBS' we use in fidonet...
