Hey Sharon! Sep 01 21:03 05, Sharon Coyne wrote to Maurice Kinal: SC> Oh I forgot. I'd get less money if you sent Canadian. Oh well. :-( SC> hehehe Errrrr ... sort of ... from your perspective it would be less, but from my perspective it would be more ... too much really. ;-) SC> Hey, we are suppose to go into overkill when sending pics of our kids SC> and SC> grandkids. :-) I was going to trim them down a tad byte-wise but never got around to it. The resolution was set to maximum and is overkill computerly-speaking. They'd probably make excellent prints though. Haven't tried that as I don't have a printer, let alone one of those fancy-dancey digital picture printers with the super-duper glossy printing paper especially meant for digital picture printing. I may take them to a commercial printer and get at least one copy made up suitable for framing. Probably cheaper then buying all that stuff. MK>> Silver lining? SC> I wasn't talking about the system, I was talking about society in SC> general though. System, society, pot-eh-toe, pot-ah-toe. No? SC> I'm not blaming anyone but myself for picking the wrong SC> partner and SC> after 20 years I was sure glad it was easy to get out of it. Understood. However most these days bail out for as little excuse it takes. Then they expect half of everything when in reality that SHOULD be half of all the debt, since that is all there really is. However they don't see it that way. Having said the above I am not referring to your or my situation, only what I observe around me. My particular divorce wasn't bad. We both, my ex and I that is, left on as best of terms that could possibly be given any divorce. We still talk and are very respectful of each other. I still have feelings for her despite the fact that I'd never be married to her again, but that has nothing to do with anything bad ... other then my bad boy attitude that is. :-) SC> The SC> reason I SC> avoid relationships is that, with my financial situation, I don't SC> want anyone SC> else taking on the burden of me. *Especially* them thinking I only SC> want them SC> for their money. Same here. Also I don't want to be responsible for anyone. Dating is okay but even there it is difficult given many, many good reasons. Even friendship with the opposite sex is difficult, although I have had a few female friends over the years. Not any lately though. MK>> What will be will be? SC> Exactly. For sure.
