NT4 SPs were not cumulative in the sense that Win2k's are
While you might've got away with adding a new peripheral with WinNT4's last
SP6, if you wanted a new function that you'd not had before then all
SPs were required in order, e.g. adding TCP/IP network functionality
where there was none before
