The hardest thing for me will be dealing with the
anemia. It's so hard to be exhausted from walking
across the room!
I've been working on a pillow my mom is helping
me make. My secret pal sent me a piece of fabric
in January. It was printed like a quilt with
stitches in places and buttons printed on the fabric.
(I collect buttons) I gave it to my mom to make a
pillow for me (I hate to sew, except for x-stitch).
She cut off the outside piece to use on a banner
she is making for me to sew some of my buttons on
and put quilting batting (I think that is what it's
called) behind the fabric pieces and safety pinned
it to the fabric.
I have it now to do all the hand stitching over the
printed lines and to add buttons from my collection
for the decorative pillow and then my mom will sew
the pillow together. It is a nice change from some
of my other crafts.
Anyway, it is a project which is keeping me busy
and in one place so it doesn't stress my energy
level.
Wendy
