Text, sufficent to occupy the line for over 1 minute, but less than 2.

I use a block of 72 characters * 40 lines of "A", with
 after each line myself.  (To be fancy, there's a
"\" in one side, and a "/" on the other, spaced to make
a full page "X" as well.)

Folds doesn't care in the slightest - all it wants is a steady carrier in,
so the measurements can be made.

Don't forget to setup your return nunber correctly in the id field, or you
won't get your return fax with the data.
