With iced coffee they cover all but one:  weak coffee.  I make iced coffee
during the summer (lots of ice; lots of ice cream!) and the critical
element:  the *strongest* coffee I can make (usually a couple of shots of
espresso and a tablespoon or more of instant coffee dissolved in a couple
of tablespoons of water.  You gotta have that oommph!
