Heather Mills was voted off 'Dancing With the Stars' and John Ratzenberger
( Cliff Clavin on Cheers ) is still on. So much for her celebrity status.

I agree that some rules need to be applied by law enforcement before
commencing on a high speed chase but there are those that seek to ban them
altogether and that IMO is insane .

 There was quite of bit of news several years ago on the development of EMP
guns that could cripple the electronics in most vehicles but I haven't seen
anything recently
