Hmmm. Maybe it's a left handed thread. (nahhhh, Chrysler wouldn't do
anything like THAT! would they?)

To get it loose, you might put the other bolts back in and torque them to
spec, include the stuck bolt in your torque sequence. Then try to remove
the stuck bolt first. That usually works for me.

Do you have an air impact driver? That makes for an easier job of
loosening stubborn bolts.
