Just a thought (and I may try and implement it on my day off this
week)...Astrid (a teask manager) allows you to email new tasks. Possibly set up
a local msg board, possibly sysop access only). There's bound to already be a
couple of utils out there that will pull messages into a text file. Possibly
set it up to automatically email a new reminder or list to astrid which would
then be avalable on your phone, browser, whatever. I'm a big fan of automating
everything and use Astrid and Tasker on my droid. Details about emailing new

Don't know if something like this would be to your liking but as I said, just
an idea.
