The issued SPs were "cumulative" up to the issue of the OS I've got an older WinNT4 Server CD here that came with SP3. So when promped, for a new function to "insert the Windows NT4 CD-ROM" you'd do that and then have to go to SP3, SP4, SP5, SP6 (if you've got it, I havn't ;) or SP6a that went to the M$ update site...
