   Which Hayes modem do you have?  What is the model number?  If you are
talking about loading the fax software as a 'TSR' then I have to assume
you are talking about the ancient Smartcom Fax for DOS software which
was discontinued years ago.  Is that what you have?  What version?  Keep
in mind that it will only work with fax modems made by Hayes, no 'hayes
compatibles'.
