  I have no desire to upgrade...I've got too many legacy applications
that work just fine (TYVM), and I can't see throwing perfectly good
hardware and software in the trash, just to satisfy Micr0$0ft's bottom
line.

  This is especially true since I'm fully disabled, and on a fixed
income.
