maybe they actually haven't and now the real head of the one raises its
head... there's a saying that you can fool some of the people some of the
time but you can't fool all the people all the time... when one looks back
to the stuff that went on when ward was trying to gain the IC hat and keeps
that in mind with the additional actions that are "out of line",
then one can see that someone was evidently trying to fool those that he
felt were foolish :(
