A. A Secret Service Agent is a Criminal Investigator (job title) and as
such is a law enforcement officer and can certainly be deposed. There is no
"code of silence" that is imposed on Secret Service Agents. Other than the
one that says you don't blab about things you see to unauthorized folks. If
you're called to testify, it is expected that you will testify truthfully
and fully.
