Surely you're not suggesting that any full range system, or even full 
coverage high frequency array, can acheive such an efficiency as an implied 
comparable spec would reflect for it?  
AFAIK, something below 110 dB 1w/1m would be a practical limit, as much above 
that and you're approaching 100%.  There needs to be some inefficiency for 
damping to be controlled.  
Picking high frequency horns that may use 30-35% efficient compression 
drivers, and then directionally control their output, is like an apples and 
oranges comparison to full range wide coverage systems, whether near field or 
composite long throw PA.
