I've seen this puppy too.  CIS sends some kind of handshake, looking for
CIS's fancy Windows software.  I think you can take it out by doing a GO
TERMINAL or GO SETTINGS.  I'm not big on VTEX connections trying to go
Windows.  If you're into Windows Internet interfaces, go with AOL or an
Internet provider and Mosaic, Netscape or something along that line.
Personally, I don't fancy spending lotsa money to see lotsa commercials.
TV is free.  Internet should be.  This goes triple for the Web.
