Need 2 contractors for Tampa Bay area. 
4-5 yrs. exp.
Experience preferred: TOP END, COBOL II, 
UNIX, ISAM/XA or combination
to include COBOL II. 

Internal & External Design 
of functional Req. 
Prepare detail design req. Need to have 
worked structural env. ie: banks/A&E/Big-Eight
Accounting Firms etc.. Ideal candidate will be 
exp. w/: Strucures Methodology/
prep. of detailed docum. for functional 
analysis & prog. design of online mainframe 
appl/test plans. COBOL prog. background pref. 
Fam. w/MS-Office. Dev. on 
UNIX Platform using Microfocus COBOL.
