never ever? no windows updates at all??? that's hard to believe unless it
was never connected to the internet until after m$ stopped updates for
it...

my w98se was fully updated when it died... i refused to reinstall it clean
if i couldn't get any of the updates... it died a few weeks after m$
stopped selling the update CDs for it :/
