Any US COURIERS out there that can help?

I have a phoneblaster 28.8. I connect to my local BBS at 28800 from him to
me and at 21000 from me to him. Therefore I can download at 2100 to 2200
cps and upload at well over 3200 cps.

Now dont tell me about computer settings, serial settings etc cause its all
set up. I think its the way i have to config my modem (Most probably the s
registers). So if anyone out there knows how to fix this problem, I would
appreciate any suggestions. (By the way the phoneblaster is a rockwell
