I wouldn't bet on that. We did  refer to the PRC's anthem as the Nation
Anthem of the Republic of China during Hu's visit last year.

Not as bad as the Grenada Government actually PLAYING the anthem for the
ROC during a visit by the PRC though .

The orientation of the Union Flag strikes me as being far less noticeable.
