BTW the one to watch wrt this is the upcoming USAF tanker/transport deal.
i.e. were the contract to go to Boeing on the basis of US jobs.....then in
essence people would be receiving cash (i.e the Boeing workers, suppliers
etc) on a vast scale wrt an arms deal were the political decision was made
on that basis.
Like I say it gets verrrrrrry tricky & it's not something the US would
like the EU et al to start investigating.
But hey the US has recently become the master of self-defeating actions so....
