that is not a reasonable proposal... it is also not a compromise... if you
cannot follow policy, then you have no reason to be leading this network...
the meer fact that you, of all people, didn't notify roy witt of the PC
against him or even throw the PC against him out because policy wasn't
followed, points to that... that you tried to retroactively rewrite policy
to give you a higher position than others points to that... you, of all
people, should be a /lot/ more up on policy than you have been and i don't
mean as in looking for loopholes in it to keep you on top of the heap... in
otherwords, you should have thrown out the PC the first time it came across
your desk as should have the others involved in it... unfortunately, their
actions are not in question... why? because you are the one taking the
"high and mighty" ground...

is one of the /first/ things in many minds... you were way out of bounds on
