This wasn't a busy echo when I was downloading BW packets, but there
was some regular traffic.  After the change to FDAPX, I didn't activate
this one right away, but when I finally did so a month ago, it was
just after a message from Southern Star saying the Filebone Status
was expiring.
I never had seen any indication who was moderating the past several
months, so did everyone decide that a separate echo for Hayes seemed
to be redundant?  The only message that I've seen in the past month
had a 2-14 date and arrived here a couple of days later.
What's going on?
