1237a07e6bc3 bluewave Hello Jean - JP>> I have come to the conclusion that BWRepfx.exe can only JP>> deal with one fix. CA>> I mentioned this problem long long ago and just recently. CA>> Each time I do there is a feeding frenzy with my corpse as CA>> the main course. BW zealots insist it is THE solution to CA>> the Y2K issues and I quit using BW because of it (the CA>> patch). JP> It has to be something else, I now think, as yesterday, I JP> went over the .rep in \bluewa~1\work\reply\xxx.yyy maybe 4 JP> times and the data was not damaged. Where is this random JP> gremlin ? I had been using BW for quite some time when Y2K rolled around. After installing 'the patch' I began having problems and I _think_ the patch was modified. I installed the new patch and continued having problems. When I tried to discuss these problems BW users went ballistic. I guess the fantasy that everything was "OK" was too important to allow a little thing like "It doesn't always work" to get in the way? I had worked out the sequence that was causing the problems but no one wanted to accept reality and it's been so long ago now that I really don't remember much about BW and it's patch files. :-\ > > , , > o/ Charles_Angelich - DOS Ghost \o , > __o/ > / > www.undercoverdesign.com/dosghost/faf/ < \ __\__ ___ * ATP/16bit 2.31 * ...
