>When I say "Emotionally involved" with a story I mean that
you like the
characters and feel particularly compelled, engaged or happy at the point
of the story.
Okay, I get the point. The characters seem more "alive" and more
involved,=
and
I would get a greater sense of satisfaction writing the stories. Perhaps t= hat is
way I find the not-yet-posted stories "What Lies Behind,"
"No Common Tongue= "
and "Ringworld" enjoyable, because the crew was "compelled,
engaged or happy" in the events in the story.
