She was wrong too

But, she wasn't issuing a pre-storm warning, she was making a faulty
post-storm damage assessment.

GaryW mentioned that that Bush may have been given conflicting advice about
the possibility of levee failures *before* the storm hit.  Given the facts,
I find that to be impossible to believe.

Wasn't it you who recently pointed to a two-year old National Geographic
article that accurately predicted the flooding events?

Anyway, here's the link, along with two others, from a 2001 Scientific
