REPORT ON FEB. 13-16 HEARING FOR JENNY WILCOX & ROBERT ALDRIDGE
Everyone involved with the Jenny and Robert (Dale) hearing is guardedly
optimistic. All went amazingly well. The media, for a change, took
Jenny's side, especially underscoring the fact that the main witnesses
had recanted, saying they'd been coerced. The doctor who examined one
of the children testified that there was never any evidence of sexual
abuse--either physically or emotionally.
Martin Yant, who was Jenny's investigator, and responsible for rounding
up all the witnesses and getting their true stories, described the
prosecutor as a "witch from hell" who battered away at the now-grown
children as hard as she could: still, the witnesses came through even
more strongly as examination continued.
The report is that all the expert witnesses shone brightly, and one, Dr.
Gardner, explained the sex abuse hysteria phenomenon in a cogent and
understandable way.
Harry Reinhart, Jenny's attorney, wrote, "We didn't have a single
bad day, and not a single bad witness. In fact our best day was
Friday when they presented their case. We turned their witnesses
into ours."
There will be a decision on this hearing perhaps as early as March
1st, and within two weeks for sure.

Jenny called us tonight. In spite of all the optimism everyone else
feels, she is guarding her emotions against possible disappointment,
yet praying fervently that this be the end of her fight. She was just
interviewed by Turning Point for a program which may air in April or
May. She said she told Turning Point that she is ready to be useful
to others who are still in prison wrongfully.
Jenny's message to everyone who has supported her by believing in her
and helping in any way is this: "Thank you, Everyone, for all your
help and support. Special thanks to Carole Hopkins and Terry Dawson
for all their letters to state representatives and the media--because
it *really* helped. There were probably others who wrote, and I
don't even know about them--I really appreciate them, too. I feel
the hearing went well. I love you ALL." Jenny
(I took this down as Jenny spoke it on the phone)
Jenny would truly welcome some mail, if anyone is moved to write. This
is a time when she needs some encouragement. Her address:
Jenny Wilcox, #17815-NC
1479 Collins Ave.
Marysville, Ohio, 43040
We, the Boggs family, have developed a special relationship with Jenny,
after she reached out to try to help us with our daughter Kriseya's,
wrongful imprisonment. She did this even as she was in the midst of
preparation for her own pivotal hearing.
What a remarkable young woman. If you pray, please hold Jenny and
Robert Dale in your prayers.

(Note for Valery Frosty or Rick Thoma: Will someone please crosspost
this for me? Thank you. We are very hopeful for Jenny's release.)
