Interesting, that a part I didn't know, but in that case
it *IS* a USR "bug" as their code doesn't follow the spec.
(Its an old problem though...like the bits from Rockwell
fax chipsets being inverted, and the rest of the industry
following because the software authors where (mostly)
only willing to code ONE way). I just *LOVE* technology
industries. ...ah well, at least it mostly works in the
long run...
