Hi Jay P Hailey, hope you are having a nice day

JPH>I cannot offer you a Wav file. I have the MP3 if you can use that.

If nothing else I can play it on the laptop and record it to tape
and then record a wav. I tried turning a wav into an mp3 and then
back to a wav one time. Results were... unique to put it mildly.

You haven't lived until you've heard Alvin and the Chipmunks singing
Rusty Chevrolet while high on speed.

JPH>Send me your address off list (otr on, if you're feling brave and I'll
JPH>see what I can do

If it's small enough it might still go thru juno. Don't recall if it
was 2 or 3 meg they dropped down to. kb5ivg-2 gets the least stuff.

JPH>No guarantees.

At least not on days that end in `Y'. ];>

JPH>I work during post awful hours and so I haven't hand mailed anything in
JPH>2 1/2 years.

Something I'm gonna be trying to do here. Need to send a guy in FL
a copy of Knoppix. Just hope the cd's work on his system is all.
(getting the hang of cd burning even if i don't do much. cdrecord is
a much better burner program than roxio/adaptec even if being a free
port of a *nix program)

If you like I can take another whack at one for you w/ that player
and music files. (not sure but i think i know what might've blew that
nt/2k system up)
