That has been the Fed's history -- and it has worked ... sorta ... so why
 change??  I wonder if those Wall Street Protestors will have any influence
 on the Fed's profligate ways?  Somehow, I doubt it, but who knows?

we could do small things such as pay by paper check not debit card. Force
banks to spend extra time on paper checks since they charge more fees on
