You should read the Constitution some time.  It does not criminalize ANY
action taken by a private citizen.  It establishes a system of government,
and it establishes limits on what that government can do.  By your comical
excuse-for-reasoning, that should mean that it makes EVERYTHING legal as
long as it is not done by a government employee.  Your posts in this thread
are becoming one of the funniest moments in fido history since Sauer's
discussion of United States Senators years ago.
