Breathtakingly naive, if you don't mind me saying so.

I have some sympathy with the anti-doom crowd who can point out that the
End Of the World has been confidently predicted many times.

But to imagine that:
1. The planet might ice over. -and- 2. It's not a problem.
is a very strange pov.

Why do you live in the area that you have often described here? You
purposely live in a rural area, and now you think you would be quite happy
living in survival cubicle #67893290?
