Will it work with WP dos 6.0b and if so is it short enough you wouldn't

Also, I was wondering if anyone knows if macros written for WP60 (win)
will work with WP6.1 (win).  Reason I ask is I saw a remandered book
for WP 6.0 (win) which came with a lot of macros on disk.  If they'd
work with v. 6.1 (win), I might decide to pick it up for $7.00.
