I'm writing a five to eight page class term paper on the Voice of America's 
role in helping to persuade worldwide public opinion.  Does anyone have a 
suggestion as to what books are available regarding the stated purposeof VOA 
in the post Cold War era?  There have been no hits concerning reading 
material in the local college library. They do have a couple of books which 
were published in 1968 with regard to the U.S. Information Agency.  There is 
nothing else, though.  Your help in this endeavor would be appreciated.
