If you're low on available cache memory it's always a good move to
increase the server's memory.
I have a simple rule I follow.  When monitoring Resource Utilization, if
my Cache Buffers drop below 60 percent, I start adding memory.
I've seen different recommendations from many camps.  Some say to
consider adding more memory when cache buffers get below 60 percent.
Others say 50 percent.  One thing they all agree on is things get
critical when cache buffers drop below 30 percent.  You're just asking
for trouble.
