This can happen during a break-in period with some materials, so new
drivers may sound different than after a few to as many as a hundred
hours use.  It's probably possible for a spider to become more compliant
in some cases if the driver becomes warm when avg. power level is high,
so even after break-in it gives deeper and perhaps better bass warm,
then melts.  Hahaha!!
